- 3-night minimum stay: week-ends, holidays and school breaks. (Thanksgiving is a 4 night minimum.)
- Deposit: $500 to secure dates. Deposit is non-refundable (applied to total rental).
- Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to scheduled date (Holidays, 90 days) subject to terms of rental agreement.
